Way of X is a collective of freelancers who have been shaping violence prevention for more than 10 years. Our Xtractor work interactively, at eye level and always on site with you. Every offer is tailored to your group and your questions. Choose your area below.
For schools
We run project days and project weeks for students on topics such as bullying, cyberbullying, racism or class team building. Project weeks are available throughout Germany, single project days within about 150 km of Frankfurt am Main. Duration and group size are agreed individually. For companies
With our Employee Assistance Program we support teams and managers on site, for example with workplace bullying, de-escalation, discrimination or resilience training.
For prisons
Our prison programmes are based on dialogue and reflection, fully offline and suitable for all types of custody. Focus topics include violence, bullying and radicalisation.
